·       Anthologies and collaborative publishing projects

·       Books that encourage reflection, creativity, emotional growth, and meaningful conversation

·       Include a query letter or cover letter introducing yourself and your project.

·       Attach a proposal or manuscript, depending on the type of submission.

·       Include a brief author biography (up to 150 words), along with any relevant experience or credentials.

·       Provide a synopsis or project overview for book-length works.

·       Submit your materials as a Microsoft Word (.docx) document or PDF.

·       If your work includes research or references, please use a recognized citation style appropriate to your field (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).

·       Simultaneous submissions are welcome; however, please notify us immediately if your work is accepted elsewhere.

• Double-spaced (except for poetry, where spacing is intentional)

File Format

• Submit manuscripts as Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF files.

Illustrations & Images (if applicable)

• Submit illustrations or photographs as separate high-resolution files (JPEG, PNG, or TIFF).

• Include captions, credit information, and any necessary permissions for all images.

• Children's books and illustrated works may include a sample of the artwork with the submission.

• • Authors retain the copyright to their original work.

  • By submitting a manuscript, authors grant The Mosaic House Publishing permission to review the work for publication consideration.

  • If a publishing agreement is offered, rights and licensing terms will be outlined in a separate contract.

  • If your submission includes third-party text, images, artwork, or other copyrighted material, you are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before publication.

  • Previously published work will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be clearly identified at the time of submission.

• Submissions must be the author's original work.

• Please disclose if any portion of the work has been previously published or is under consideration elsewhere.

• Simultaneous submissions are welcome; however, we ask that you notify us immediately if your work is accepted by another publisher.

• AI-assisted writing must be disclosed at the time of submission. We seek authentic, original voices and evaluate each submission on a case-by-case basis.

• You will receive a confirmation that your submission has been received.

• Our editorial team carefully reviews each submission for quality, originality, and alignment with our publishing mission.

• Initial responses are typically provided within 4–8 weeks, although larger projects may require additional review time.

• If your submission is selected for further consideration, we may request revisions or additional materials.

• Accepted works will proceed through our editorial and publication process in collaboration with the author.
